An introduction to the world of open water swimming and water safety skills for everyone aged 8 years & over. The perfect session to just ‘have a go’ and quite literally, test the water! We’ll teach some basic self-rescue skills and give you a chance to get used to swimming in colder water. You’ll stay in the shallows, so you’ll always be able to stand up should you want to. The amazing Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) team will be there to look after you throughout to give advice and answer any questions you might have.
