Neil Woods is a former undercover police officer who is now part of the international organisation the Law Enforcement Action Partnership. He’s a board member of LEAP in the USA and chair of the organisation in the U.K. Neil has published two books, a memoir Good Cop Bad War, and Drug Wars, a history of British drug policy with JS Rafaeli.
Neil is also part of the International Coalition for Drug Policy Reform & Environmental Justice.
Kojo Koram is a writer and an academic, teaching at the School of Law at Birkbeck College, University of London. Born in Accra, Ghana and raised on Merseyside, he is now based in London. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2011 and received his PhD in September 2017. In 2018, the Association for the Study of Law, Culture and the Humanities awarded his PhD the prestigious Julien Mezey Award.
Clemmie James is Senior Policy and Campaigns Officer at Health Poverty Action. She is the Chair for the International coalition for Drug Policy Reform & Environmental Justice. Clemmie has been a climate activist for over 20 years and worked on climate mitigation and adaptation projects in Tuvalu, Bangladesh and Trinidad.
