Louis Walcott - Louis is a holistic performance coach who helps people achieve meaningful lifestyle changes by empowering them to take control of their fitness, nutrition + mindset. Louis also founded Mandem on the mat, a safe space for Black men to holistically explore their mind, body and spirit. Louis believes that the expansion of consciousness in these three aspects of the self is the key to building a community of men that have self-confidence, self- love and self respect.

Cameron Walker Sheppard- Retired international pole vaulter, Royal Air Force Physical Training Instructor and professional dance performer turned yoga and mixed movement teacher. Cameron founded Movement Decoded as a result of a life long curiosity within all that surrounds developing the physicality and its relationship with the mind through psychology, neuroscience, embodied cognition and learning. Now Cameron wishes to foster an environment of physical and emotional exploration through the art of play and co-creation

Sarah Joseph - Sarah finds Joy, Well-being & Longevity through Yoga, Fitness, Balanced & Mindful Living. Sarah founded The Yoga Barn who offer classes for everybody, providing accessible Yoga for all levels of experience. ​Sarah is focused on providing a welcoming, supportive and tranquil environment for your practice.

Karimu Samels - Karimu Samuels is a renowned movement coach from Berlin (Germany). As a movement specialist he worked with professional athletes. Karimu will help you to understand how your body is designed in it’s origin by learning new movement patterns, which will ensure an improvement of your body’s consciousness. You’ll learn how to move your body as efficient as possible, which will recruit all your muscle fibres and possibly unknown muscle groups in order to move more pliable and graceful.

Gavin Demarines - Gavin is a yoga instructor and sound practitioner. His passion for fitness and wellbeing comes from meeting people from all backgrounds and helping them on their own personal journey.
