Ticket Arrival

If you are staying in General, Quiet, Accessibility, Boutique or Meadow Camping you will receive a mobile ticket that will be exchanged at the festival for your wristband. What You Need to Know
In order to stay in this campsite, you need to book BOTH:

A Live-In Vehicle Camping Ticket gives you access to the full festival weekend.
A Live-In Vehicle Pass allows you to bring your Live-In Vehicle into the Live-In Vehicle Campsite.

Wilderness Festival welcomes deaf and disabled guests and is working harder than ever to make the show as accessible as possible for all.
We operate a 2 for 1 (free PA/carer ticket) policy for eligible guests. Available on Teen and Adult Tickets.
We also have a dedicated Accessibility Campsite. This is the closest to the arena, benefiting from a dedicated car park and hard road making wheelchair access easier.
See Full Accessibility Campsite Information Here

Please do not book a ticket for your personal assistant as this will not be refunded if you are approved for a free ticket.

Then apply for your personal assistant ticket and submit the supporting documentation required using our Accessibility Requirements Application Form.
Applications will close on Friday 24th July, unless sold out earlier.
The personal assistant ticket is provided on the expectation that your personal assistant is willing and able to assist you throughout your visit and would be available and able to help you in the event of an evacuation.

Changing Campsites

Wristbands are barcoded by campsite. So, please think about which campsite you want to stay in before booking as it's much harder to change campsites once you're booked and may incur extra charges.

If you need to change campsites, you must contact the ticket agent you booked through. We cannot do this for you.
If you booked through Ticketmaster please call 03330 035 937.
Have your booking number to hand when you call.

Alternatively, bring your unworn and unused wristband or mobile ticket to site and exchange it at your preferred campsite box office.

Car Park Passes

If you plan on driving or travelling by motorcycle to Wilderness you will require a Car Parking Pass (1 per vehicle).
Book this in advance or buy on site for cash only when you arrive.
We do not have a specific bike park for motorcycles.

Make sure you book the correct Car Park Pass for your campsite:
Blue Car Park Pass: Family Campsite
Red Car Park Pass: General and Quiet Campsites
Meadow Car Park Pass: Meadow Campsite
Boutique Car Park Pass: Boutique Campsite - You will receive a free car parking pass(es) when you book your Boutique Accommodation (1 per 2-3person, 2 per 4-5person accommodation). If you require anything over that you can book an Additional Boutique Car Park Pass at regular cost during the booking process. For any queries please email vipnation@livenation.co.uk
Live-In Vehicle Camping - Anyone staying here that is bringing a towing vehicle will be given a free pass to the Red Car Park so that the towing vehicle can be moved here after dropping off your live-in vehicle.

New for Season Ten for every Car Park Pass booked, £1 will automatically be donated to Energy Revolution, turning your travel fossil fuel miles into a direct investment into renewable energy.

If you order online it will be posted to you 2 weeks before the festival.
If it has not arrived within a week of the festival then please get in touch with Ticketmaster on 03330 035 937 or you can check ticket dispatch information here. If it still does not arrive before the festival bring your order confirmation email and a copy of the lead booker's I.D. to your campsite's box office and they will provide you with a pass.

Refunds & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on festival tickets and we cannot transfer your festival tickets to future years.

However, if you can no longer go to the festival, you can head to Ticketmaster’s verified Ticket Exchange Site to sell your tickets safely and securely so someone else can enjoy the festival.

Please note for those staying in General, Quiet, Boutique, Meadow and Accessibility Camping, plus Non-Campers, your tickets are mobile delivery, so will be exchanged on arrival at your relevant gate for your Festival Wristband. You can resell tickets up until three days before the festival via the Ticket Exchange site and the Ticketmaster app.

For those staying in Family and Live-In Vehicle Camping, your festival wristbands will be sent out in advance of the festival, so you can transfer these via the Ticket Exchange site, but once the wristbands are sent out, the original seller becomes responsible for sending the new purchaser the wristband.

You must make sure the new buyer is aware of what campsite you have booked for, as tickets are barcoded to each campsite. If they do not wish to stay in the same campsite as the one originally booked, they will need to take the wristband or mobile ticket to the box office closest to their preferred campsite in order to exchange.

If you have any questions about this, please contact Ticketmaster on 03330 035 937.
