Apply to Volunteer

Wilderness welcomes those who want to come and volunteer and get some experience of working at a live event.

We’ll ask for a deposit, equal to the ticket price, which is fully refunded once you’ve completed your shifts at the festival.

Please apply via this form, perhaps telling us about any experience you have already, though no specific experience is required to apply.

We aim to respond to all applicants by July 1st.

Banquet Volunteers

If you fancy volunteering, and you want to be close to the food… Then you can apply to be a Banquet volunteer. You’ll be working in the kitchen and Banqueting halls of some of the finest chefs in the land, so this is a great opportunity to get yourself a free ticket and some hospitality experience.

We’ll ask for a deposit, equal to the ticket price, which is fully refunded once you’ve completed your shifts at the festival.

Please apply via this form, perhaps telling up about any experience you have already, though no specific experience is required to apply.

Be a Steward

We are partnering with Oxfam to provide our stewarding service. As one of our stewards, you are part of a large team representing Wilderness and Oxfam to the festival goers. We provide essential roles on site to ensure the festival runs smoothly and the festival-goers are safe. You will be asked to part with a one-off refundable deposit in exchange for your ticket, this is returned to you after the festival on completion of your shifts. It also gives you access to over 20 other festivals this summer if you want to do more. To sign up for Wilderness please reserve your spot here

How it works…

You will be asked to complete three 8 ¼ hour shifts over the course of the festival and the rest of the time is yours to enjoy. As part of the online application process you’ll be asked to part with a one-off refundable deposit which is equal to the price of the festival ticket. This deposit will be returned four weeks after you have completed your agreed shifts and gives you access to over 20 other festivals this summer, too.

By volunteering your time, you make Oxfam’s life-saving, life-changing work possible – and take us a step closer to beating poverty for good. What are you waiting for?

To sign up and find out more head over to the festival page
