Choose a campsite and book in

How To Book

It’s simple really.

  1. Choose a Campsite you would like to stay in. More info on those here.
Make sure you think about which campsite you want to book into before buying. Wristbands are barcoded for each campsite so if you decide to change where you want to stay you will have to call up your ticket agent and ask to change tickets. We cannot change this for you.
  2. Then choose the number of Adult Tickets you would like.
  3. Under 18 Tickets can then be added as you go through the booking process.
  4. If you’ll be driving, you can add a car parking pass (these will also be available to buy on the gate)
  5. Or if you're staying in our Live-In Vehicle Campsite you can add a Live-In Vehicle Pass (1 per 8x7m vehicle).
You must have a Live-In Vehicle Pass to stay in Live-In Vehicle Camping and they tend to sell out so best to get them while you're booking your tickets.
  6. Then you pay and make sure you receive a confirmation email.
  7. Then sign up to our newsletter because we send lots of important information through that. Sign up here.
  8. Tickets will not be posted out to you until 2 weeks before the festival. At this stage you will also receive an emailed customer info pack with lots of handy information on arriving and getting to your chosen campsite.

Other Useful Information:

  • Not sleeping in our campsites, but booked a hotel? Just book General Camping tickets and you can come and go within our gate times which will be released later in the year.
  • Booking Boutique or Meadow? More info on those here.
  • Please remember if you book Boutique or Meadow Camping you MUST book accommodation on top of your ticket at additional cost.
  • You cannot stay in either of these campsites with  your own tent.
  • For Live-In Vehicle Camping you must purchase a Live-In Vehicle Pass (1 per 8x7m vehicle) on top of your Live-In Vehicle Camping Ticket (1 per person) - without this you will not be able to access this campsite.

You MUST have the right wristband for the campsite you wish to stay in - all wristbands are barcoded and will only work for that specific campsite.

  • If you wish to change your campsite you need to call up your ticket agent on 03330 035 937 to do so.

What You Need to Know

In order to stay in this campsite, you need to book 2 things:

  1. A Live-In Vehicle Camping ticket (1 per person)
  2. A Live-In Vehicle Pass (1 per 8x7m vehicle – anything larger and you’ll need an extra pass)

What’s the difference?

  • A Live-In Vehicle Camping Ticket gives you access to the full festival weekend.
  • A Live-In Vehicle Pass allows you to bring your Live-In Vehicle into the Live-In Vehicle Campsite. Without it, while you could still access the festival you would not be allowed to stay in this, or any other, campsite or the car parks with your vehicle.

When Can I Buy My Live-In Vehicle Pass?

  • Passes can be added on during the booking process, at an additional cost of £200.
  • They tend to sell out, so please book them at the same time as your festival ticket to avoid disappointment.
  • You will not be able to stay in this campsite if Live-In Vehicle Passes sell out and you have only purchased a Live-In Vehicle Camping ticket.
  • If you do not buy your pass at the time of booking you can buy them separately here or by payment plan here.

What If My Vehicle’s Larger Than 8x7m?

  • You’ll need to buy an additional pass.

What If I Know Someone with a Live-In Vehicle Pass but Want to Stay in Their Vehicle?

  • Live-In Vehicle Passes are per vehicle so the cost can be split among those staying within it.
  • Everyone must be sleeping in the vehicle and have their own Live-In Vehicle Camping ticket.

What Else Do I Need to Know?

  • Both Caravans and Campervans are allowed in this campsite.
  • Tents, Gazebos and Trailer Tents are strictly prohibited.
  • At this stage, awnings (attached or detached) are prohibited – this may be subject to change upon review of the site for Wilderness 2019, but we will not know until later in the year.

  • There are no electricity or water hook-ups available.
  • Gas cylinders must be under 7kg. No more than 1 per vehicle.

  • We operate a 2 for 1 (free PA/carer ticket) policy for eligible guests. Only available for Teen and Adult Tickets.

Changing Your Campsite Once You’ve Booked

You MUST have the right wristband for the campsite you wish to stay in - all wristbands are barcoded and will only work for that specific campsite.

Please think very carefully about which campsite you choose before you book your tickets. You can change campsites once you have booked, but it’s much easier for us and you if you consider it carefully.

If you do wish to change, the agent you booked with is the only one who can assist you.

Unfortunately we are unable to change your ticket for you.

If you booked through Front Gate Tickets or Ticketmaster please call 03330 035 937.

Car Parking Tickets

If you are planning to drive then you can book a Car Parking Ticket online here.

Passes will also be available to buy on the gate in cash.

If you order online it will be posted out to you along with your festival tickets 2 weeks before the festival.

If it has not arrived within a week of the festival then please get in touch with your ticket provider.

If it still does not arrive before the festival just bring your order confirmation email and Booker's I.D. to your campsite box office and they will be able to provide you with a pass.

Local Tickets

Local tickets will be on sale in the new year.

Booking Extra Experiences

The vast majority of entertainment - from music to talks, and from spectaculars to workshops, theatre and cabaret - is all included in your ticket price. You can have a wonderful time without booking any extra experiences.

However, there are some unique experiences that we would not be able to bring to the festival without charging a little extra for them.

More information on these and how to book will be with you later in the year. Sign up to our newsletter here to stay up to date with this.

Approved Ticket Vendors

These are all our official ticket vendors.

Please note when you book a ticket through one of these vendors, you should call their respective customer service lines with any queries.

You can call Front Gate Tickets (Ticketmaster) our main Ticket Agent on 03330 035 937 if you booked through our website.

Refunds & Exchanges

Some important things to note…

  • We do not offer refunds on festival tickets.
  • We cannot transfer your festival tickets to future years.
  • We do not offer refunds on any pre-booked extra experiences like The Lakeside Spa, Banquets or Feasts etc.
  • We cannot change the time or day of your experience. You should very clearly check the time and day of the experience when you book to avoid disappointment.
  • You can try to exchange the experience at the Info Tent on site, or give the experience to a friend to use if you can no longer enjoy it.
  • If you do this you will need to provide them with the confirmation email for the event, a letter of authorisation and ideally a copy of the Booker's I.D. so they can use it.
