The Sanctuary is your destination for holistic restoration. It’s the HQ for energising, nourishing and uplifting. Whatever you need, you will find.

The space has developed and expanded in scope over the years, always leading the way and offering you experiences from across the spectrum of the wellbeing world. We connect a community of practitioners and partners, yogis, wellbeing professionals and zen masters.

This year, as well as providing the full range of classes, workshops and treatments, The Sanctuary will be a destination fully programmed with amazing things to watch and experience. You’ll find DJs and Audio Visual adventures – think ambient soundscapes and a chill out room vibe. There’ll be open mics and Qi Gong, cacao ceremonies and poetry workshops. We want to treat you holistically, nourishing and stimulating all the senses and we also want you to be entertained.

The Studio
Dance, stretch, vibe, move. Don your best spandex for an 80s Aerobics sesh. Tone and lengthen at Pilates. Hit the Power Vinyasa class before you get glittered. The Studio is where you’ll find your full breadth of dynamic yoga classes and dance workshops. New partners join firm favourites like Yoga Brunch Club and Frame. The Shala
Leave your shoes at the door, make way for high kicks, aerial yoga and bold poetry. Try Tai Chi or move your energy in Qi Gong. Discover your hue at a colour flow class, nail it at a headstand workshop or check in for an hour of Barre before you hit the bar. This tranquil space has with open sides and a variety of classes. ‘Shala’ means home in Sanskrit. Make this space yours.

Mindful Space
Breathe. Take some time out for you. Drop in, calm your mind, relax your body and uplift your soul. You’ll find an abundance of gentle, restorative movement sessions and opportunity to engage. From Yin and Yoga Nidra to meditation, cacao ceremonies and sound workshops. Awakening every sense, experience gorgeous classes from aromatherapy to poetry, meditation to mental health. Wellbeing In The Wild
Roam the paradise nature reserve whilst foraging for in season delicacies. Wellbeing in the Wild gives us all a chance to take in the beauty and freedom that we at Wilderness hold so dear. Join an outdoor yoga class, try stand up paddle boarding, sign up for a wild run through the forest and take the family to boot-camp. Instant energy.
