Husband and wife team Ben and Sam Quinn have a simple purpose “to be good people, cooking good food, for good people” and that’s exactly what they’ll be doing again this year. Cooking up culinary delights over an open fire, ensuring a laid-back, family affair to ease you into the festivities.
As for David Carter, he was born and raised in Barbados where his early life was centred around outdoor living and open fired cooking. Quitting his day job and embarking on a barbecue pilgrimage from Texas to Dalston, he fine-tuned his craft and opened his first restaurant, Smokestak, in late 2016. David plays with wood, fire and smoke in equal measures to create something a bit different, taking his food to another level.
