Beginners’ Handbalancing Workshop
Try something new! Learn the first steps towards standing on your hands through a series of games and drills. We will chat about how you can keep your body safe when handbalancing and discuss the basic muscle engagement and mobility needed for a stable handstand. No experience needed, just bring your body and an open mind
Intermediate Handbalancing Workshop
A more challenging workshop for confident handbalancers. Join in these workshops to refine your form and learn some new skills to add to your repertoire. We will briefly discuss the anatomy and biomechanics of the handstand to help you develop your practice.
