Join Pippa Richardson, Founder of The Girlness Project for a very special class designed to introduce teen girls to yoga and a self-care practice. Through movement, breath work and relaxation we will work mindfully to develop our awareness of mind, body and breath. This class aims to be a sanctuary for young women as we explore what it means to have a healthy relationship with mind and body. We will close our practice with journaling and practical takeaways so that you can take your yoga practice off the mat into the festival and beyond.
