If you know you need some yoga in your life. Stretch some muscles, strengthen some joints and slow some thoughts, then join in for some yoga designed specifically for men. Move through powerful postures to unlock the physical form, connect with breath and practice inversions that you can take back home. No judgment, no prerequisites, just learning how to make your body and mind a better place. 

Down to Flow Yoga
Sunday 11:00 – 12:00

A flowing yoga that will link your mind to your movement, allowing you to enter your flow state and reconnect with nature. Move together, enjoying the practice and helping each other through the tougher parts. Play with arm balances and back bends, with constant progressions that will test beginners and experienced yogi’s alike. Create a bond and learn some tricks to take back to your lives.

Meet at The Wilderness Meeting Point 15 minutes before the start of your session.

Please note all extra experiences are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, so please make sure you know which class you’d like to take part in before booking.

If you’ve booked in advance, please bring a copy of the lead booker’s I.D. and your confirmation email (printed or screenshotted on your phone) to check in. Group bookings must arrive together to check in.
