This troupe of actors cycle with all of the necessary set, props and costume on the back of their bicycles to perform extremely energetic, charmingly chaotic and environmentally sustainable Shakespeare plays across the globe.
Pack a picnic and meet them at the Wilderness Meeting Point at 6:45pm Friday and Saturday. Here you will be met by the actors who will guide you to their secret woodland theatre where you will see their fast-paced, all male, bicycle-powered adaptation of this Shakespeare classic.
And what’s the play about? Four young lovers find themselves enveloped in the dream-like arms of a magical forest full of sprites, where a feuding fairy king and queen are at war. A group of amateur actors are rehearsing in the same forest. Fairies and humans collide. Hilarity ensues. Join for ‘gloriously eccentric and very funny’ Shakespearean tomfoolery.
Friday & Saturday 7pm – 8pm
Most suited for 8+ but younger children welcome.
