Art Studio – Thursday Takeover
17:00 – 21:00
Seventies Style Craft Workshops
Immerse yourself in meditative knots to create different textures and patterns for your own macrame wall hanging to display at home. Better yet, why not bring along your favourite drink for a bit of craft and cocktails.
Alice Hume is a Textile Artist and Weaver who creates contemporary woven wall decor, hanging copper moons and earrings. She has studied weaving in Sweden and Japan, created giant plant moon weaves, fluffy merino wool hangings for window displays in Covent Garden and demonstrated at Chelsea Flower Show. She will be back at Wilderness for her fourth year to run seventies style macrame workshops.
