Will Murray and Jack Croft met on the veg section at two Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston (London) over 5 years ago, where they received a first-class education in British produce at its best. A partnership was formed based on a shared passion for creative cooking and sustainable thinking. After partnering with hospitality guru, James Robson, in 2019 Fallow was born and they started a series of successful events, including a sell-out two-week residency at Carousel, in Marylebone, a guest collaboration with Adam Handling at the new Restaurant Adam Handling (Chelsea), and a two month pop-up at Spitalfield restaurant Crispin. Having moved into their popup restaurant space in the coveted 10 Heddon Street space in Mayfair, they are currently planning their move to their first permanent site this year.
