Circling is a group practice of being with each other in the present moment, without agenda. Circling opens up the breadth of our experience, allowing us to feel wonder at simply being together in the here and now. As a group, we will follow our curiosity about what it is like to be me, to be you, and to be with each other. We will start with some exercises in pairs to highlight skills and then do some focus circles, where one person at a time will have the opportunity to explore their world with the rest of the group.
