This year’s series of food & drink pairings are back with a bang. These hour long bite-size sessions feature more brilliant young chefs than ever before and some of London’s coolest sommeliers & wine experts. Catch Nick Gibson (Drapers Arms), Bert Blaize (Which Wine When), Desiree Chantarask (AngloThai), Imogen Davies (Native), Nyetimber & Amber Gardner (The Nomad Hotel) teamed up with our Wilderness chefs to bring you the perfect pairings of food and drink.

Three snacks, three wines and lots of chat.

THURSDAY

17:00 – Nud Dudhia, Breddos Tacos

Nud’s journey has gone from a makeshift taco shack in Hackney, to three restaurants in UK & Norway.

18:30 – John Chantarask, AngloThai

Creative cooking that draws on John’s half British, half Thai heritage.

FRIDAY

13:30 – Helen Graham & Marc Summer, Bubala (V)

A sample of vegetarian and vegan Middle Eastern small plates from their acclaimed London restaurant.

15:00 – Jack Croft & Will Murray, Fallow

Having learnt their trade at Dinner by Heston, Will & Jack focus on sustainability and low waste.

 16:30 – Meriel Armitage, Club Mexicana (V)

Founder of Club Mexicana Meriel has been at the heart of the vegan revolution in London.

SATURDAY 

13:30 – Ivan Tisdall-Downes & Imogen Davies, Native x Nyetimber

Leaders in truly seasonal produce, foraged ingredients and preserving Britain’s culinary heritage. 

15:00 – Selin Kiazim, Oklava

A modern meld of her Turkish-Cypriot heritage with seasonal produce. 

16:30 – Jay Morjaria, Jae @ Untitled

Inspired by Korean regional cuisine, food that packs a serious punch. 

SUNDAY

13:30 – Ferdinand ‘Budgie’ Montoya, Sarap

A unique blend of traditional recipes and authentic Filipino flavours, with a modern edge.

15:00 – Neil Rankin, Symplicity (V) 

Vegan dishes using well sourced vegetables fermented like kimchi for a deep, umami rich profile. 

16:30 – Georgina Hopkins, The Spread Eagle (V)

Menus from their seasonal, minimal waste kitchen.

All bookings for Food & Wine Pairings cost £40 per person.
