Former Nobu head chef Scott Hallsworth is no stranger to Wilderness, having manned the Chef’s Table in 2015 and The Dining Room with Kurobuta in 2016. He returns to the Wilderness family for Season Nine with Freak Scene, his Frith Street restaurant which opened in 2018. Australian Scott combines diverse influences to create exciting and bold fusion dishes. Expect Southeast Asian plates with eclectic twists.
