Tom launched his Sleep Better album and app of psychoacoustic soundscapes and sleep hygiene techniques in 2018 and has joined forces with leading vibrational sound practitioner Tracie who integrates various bespoke acoustic instruments and sound acupuncture techniques into her work.
Together we will explore practical sleep hygiene techniques, followed by interactive dialogue and experience a pre-sleep wind down practice and sound meditation, for aiding deep and rejuvenating rest. With breath and heart rate reducing electro-acoustic soundscapes, deep harmonic overtones to activate the parasympathetic nervous system which delivers a blissful, coherent internal resonance and state of total relaxation.
