Join Katy Bateman for a slow and relaxing class, designed to stretch, strengthen and find balance in your body. Hatha yoga looks at the polarised qualities of the world and seeks to find balance. Strength and flexibility, effort and surrender – expect a mindful practice with a focus on intelligent alignment and intuitive movements. You will take your time moving into poses and through exploration, contemplation and relaxation this class will deepen your awareness and connection with the physical and emotional body.
