Helen Graham joins us on Thursday to start our weekend of vegetarian and vegan feasts at The Wilderness Kitchen.

Helen has cooked at the capital’s top Middle Eastern restaurants – The Palomar and The Barbary – as well as working with Ottolenghi and The Good Egg. More recently, she joined forces with Marc Summer to launch the acclaimed East London restaurant Bubala. Serving vegetarian and vegan Middle Eastern small plates, it was one of 2019’s most exciting openings, and continues to capture the public’s imagination. She has travelled extensively across the Middle East, and loves the vibrancy and playfulness of the cooking in Tel Aviv especially – we’re delighted to be bringing her to the Wilderness for the first time.
