hicce, Latin for ‘of the moment’, is the creation of long time friends Pip Lacey and Gordy McIntyre; Pip is best known for her time at Michelin starred Murano and her celebrated win on Great British Menu 2017, while Gordy’s background includes renowned Conran restaurant group. hicce, which opened in Coal Drops Yard in late 2018, is a dream realised for this ambitious duo. The restaurant features a menu that highlights Pip’s passion and skill for using different cooking methods and traditional techniques to create beautiful dishes inspired by her travels and driven by her commitment to the very best produce.
