Soulful Slow Flow – Saturday 08:15 – 09:15

Come as you are and allow me to guide you through a gentle slow flow vinyasa to wake up your bodies and ease into your day. Beginning with a short meditation and pranayama to bring our minds into the present, this 60 minute class will be filled with slow, mindful, full body movements and stretches, connecting our breath to our movements and guiding us to get out of our heads and into our hearts. We will move with purpose and intention, showing gratitude and respect to our bodies. This soul filled slow flow will leave you feeling completely blissed out.

Wake up & Flow – Sunday 08:15 – 09:15

A slow flow vinyasa to brighten up your morning. We will start with a meditation and pranayama to allow us to arrive fully. Then move slowly, waking our bodies with deep stretches and work into a full body flow, guided by our breath. Watch all the aches and pains float away as we move and stretch.  You will leave feeling refreshed, energised and ready for the rest of your day. All welcome.
