An hour of total body strengthening, mobilizing and lengthening Pilates workout. Lottie will guide you through different exercises that will challenge you and make you feel worked from head to toe. Amazing for posture, body awareness, core stability, stretching and lots more. A mindful hour to yourself to let go of excess tension and rebalance your mind, body and soul.
Lottie’s life has centered around Pilates since she was 16 years old and took her first Pilates class. She has made it her life’s work to teach Pilates; to help people to move better, feel better and be free in mind and body. Lottie trained with the renowned Body Control Pilates and has almost a decade of experience teaching Pilates in studios around London and working with a wide range of clients.
