Qi Gong Star
Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice of movement and breathing exercises created 5000 years ago. White Tiger Qigong are Taoist Qigong exercises that harmonise the body, breath and mind. It combines the meridians or else pathways in our body where the Qi and blood flows, the 5 elements from the Classical Chinese theory: Fire, Earth, Water, Wood and Metal, the fascia and anatomy of the body.
In this class you will practice the Meridian Qigong that combines slow paced movements linked together with the breath and learn one of the 5 Animals Qigong forms from the ancient Taoist Medical Qigong training system. The Qigong form will be linked to an animal and its spirit, to improve organ health and develop balance, strength, mobility, control, elasticity and emotional transformation.
All practitioner levels are welcome looking to work with releasing the stagnation of “Chi” by wringing out the meridians in your energetic bodies improving organ health.
