Join Katy Bateman for a restorative class offering passive poses, designed to calm the nervous system and rest the adrenal glands, enabling the body to move towards balance and peace. You will hold poses for 5 minutes or more and use lots of props to support your body’s rest. To drop deeper into relaxation, Katy will lead a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra brings you into a state of conscious sleep, unwinds the nervous system and induces complete physical and mental relaxation. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
