Roberta Hall-McCarron joins Woodfired Canteen on Saturday to serve up Ben Quinn’s weekend menu of long table dining delights.
This is now SOLD OUT.
Roberta Hall-McCarron opened her first restaurant, The Little Chartroom in Edinburgh in 2018, receiving rave reviews from everyone from Marina O’Loughlin to Grace Dent. The Little Chartroom is Roberta’s culinary playground, taking ingredients from the wilds and waters of the Scottish landscape, guided by what is available from farmers and fishermen, to create dishes showcasing her French-British cooking techniques and passion for the best of Scottish ingredients. Most recently she was awarded best restaurant in Edinburgh by British Vogue and represented Scotland in the BBC’s Great British Menu, where she made it through to the finals. Her latest restaurant with husband and Front of House Shaun McCarron, The Little Chartroom on Prom, focusses on open flame cooking and BBQ dishes, making her the perfect fit for Woodfired & Friends.
