Chef’s Table favourite Robin Gill returns to Wilderness to cook up a vegetarian and vegan feast with Social Pantry this year in our brand new feasting restaurant. Husband & wife team Robin & Sarah Gill know how to deliver the goods with neighbourhood restaurants having opened cult favourites The Dairy, Sorella and Counter Culture in South London. 2019 saw them open Darby’s in Embassy Gardens, an NYC inspired all day restaurant that features their own bakery. Winner of awards, hearts & stomachs, we delighted he’s back with us this year
