This workshop is perfect for anyone who finds it difficult to meditate. Different to classical meditation, though with a similar effect, connect with yourself, uniting your body and mind through the organic material clay.

In this experiential guided meditation you will create presence in the body through the synchronisation of breath and gestures, during a focused mental state.

Mindful activities will inspire slowed gestures, the letting go of any pressure, expectations or distractions. Following your breath, instinct and the clay you will find presence and arrive in the here and now.

Everyone is welcome. No skills or  meditation experience required.
