Start your morning with the gentle, flowing movements of Temple-style Tai Chi. 

Tai Chi Chi Kung is a practice of moving meditation that combines mindful awareness of the body and breath with the ancient postures of the Tai Chi form. Simply follow along with the instructor and let your mind sink into the slow, repeating patterns. By keeping the body and mind relaxed while working through the soft, curving movements, you will open up the flow of Qi in your body and leave feeling centred, calm, alert and energised. 

Dr Steve Wheeler is an acupuncturist, bodyworker and instructor in Tai Chi and Chi Kung. He has been practicing the Taoist arts for 15 years, and teaching them since 2016. He is an accredited instructor with Lotus Nei Gong International.
