Join Pippa Richardson for a class designed to introduce teen girls (13-18yrs) to yoga. Through asana (movement), breath work and relaxation we will work mindfully to develop our awareness of the relationship between body and mind. This class aims to be a sanctuary for young women to move and speak safely as we encourage a healthy relationship with ‘body’ and ‘self’. By giving girls tools and resources to develop awareness and a self care practice, we hope that it will support them life skills to take off the mat and into the world.
Pippa is a yoga teacher, speaker and Founder of The Girlness Project – an initiative that seeks to support the emotional and physical wellbeing of young girls and women.
