Trail Run with leading British trail runner and ultra-marathon athlete, Sabrina Pace-Humphreys. Followed by a discussion of her memoir “Black Sheep: A Story of Rural Racism, Identity and Hope”

‘Sabrina Pace-Humphreys is a U.K. Athletics Qualified Run Coach, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Trail Runner.

Since her first run in 2009, Sabrina has competed in a variety of global trail races such as multi-stage ultramarathons including the 153-mile Marathon Des Sables where she crossed the line as 11th British female and, in June this year, The Spine race – 268 miles, non-stop, along The Pennine Way.

During this Wilderness Festival trail run experience, Sabrina will share her passion for trail running as a tool to manage mental health and forge deeper connections with your body and mind via connection to natural spaces.

This run is suitable for anyone who can run/walk 5K in an hour. In order to keep the group together, faster participants will be asked to adhere to a ‘loop back’ group run strategy.
