Founded in 2000, triyoga has become London’s destination for yoga, Pilates and treatments, creating beautiful spaces where everyone can belong. With five centres in Camden, Chelsea, Ealing, Shoreditch and Soho, triyoga’s aim is to uplift everyone through the transformational power of yoga, wellness and connection. Coming out of lockdown triyoga will offer more than 450 classes a week for beginners to experienced students, across yoga and Pilates with some of London’s best teachers, so that everyone can find a practice they enjoy.
Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on breath, this year we leave this lesson in the capable hands of the triyoga yogis, each bringing their unique flow to The Mindful Space. Slow Flow – Rain Maher

Rain’s teaching is creative and intuitive, where a complete beginner can enjoy a practice alongside the seasoned yogi. In Rain’s class you will learn to listen to your body as her voice guides you through postures, breathing techniques and meditation. These will teach you to be open to more focus and presence in your life. Your balance and flexibility will noticeably improve along with your general outlook on life. Rain will take you on a journey, opening your eyes and heart to the beauty that is you, taking you deep within yourself and restoring you to harmony.
Flow + Restore – Veronika Pongracz

This nourishing class fuses the dynamism of a smooth vinyasa class, with the stillness of a deeply restorative one. It begins with breath-led, alignment-based flow before transitioning into quieter work that balances the nervous system with restorative and yin postures. The result? A state of harmony and peace in both body and mind.
Calm – Richard Catmur
Date of class: Sunday 8th August
Time of class: 16:00 – 17:00
Whether you are recovering from a heavy weekend so far or wanting to chill out before last night revelries then this is class is for you. We will stay low to the ground, move slowly and hold postures for an extended period of time to calm the body, the mind and the spirit. Feel free to bring blankets, cushions and any other props to make yourself more comfortable or simply bring your body, perfect as it is.
