Founded in 2000, triyoga has become London’s destination for yoga, Pilates and treatments, creating beautiful spaces where everyone can belong. With five centres in Camden, Chelsea, Ealing, Shoreditch and Soho, triyoga’s aim is to uplift everyone through the transformational power of yoga, wellness and connection. Coming out of lockdown triyoga will offer more than 450 classes a week for beginners to experienced students, across yoga and Pilates with some of London’s best teachers, so that everyone can find a practice they enjoy.

Rocket Masterclass – Helen Russell-Clark

This energetic and invigorating practice is rooted in Ashtanga, but has all the zeal of it’s rebellious younger cousin. You will have the opportunity to try advanced postures such as arm balances and inversions but modifications will be given if that isn’t your thing. Linking breath and movement, this playful class will leave you on a high. Come with an open mind; leave your ego at the door and don’t be afraid to fly or fall!
Hip Parade Masterclass – Emma Henry

The activities and stresses of our daily lives can often lead to tightness and discomfort in our hips. Releasing this tension is crucial for our overall health. Often when we begin to look at enabling more motion in the pelvic area, we end up putting more strain on the knee joint and lower back. In this workshop we can step out of the unconscious need to jam our body and find instead a sensible and sensitive approach to hip opening postures. According to Yoga Sutra and Bhagavad Gita, conscious effort and consistent practice (tapas) need the quality of acceptance and letting go (ishvara pranidhana). Learn more about how to get what you really need instead of mindlessly striving for what you want. Focusing deeply and turning your attention inward will allow you to connect not only with your physical, but also with your energetic and emotional body.
