The Girlness Project

Join Pippa Richardson, Founder of ‘the girlness project’ for a very special class designed to introduce young, self-identifying women to yoga and self-care practices. Through mindful movement, relaxation and journaling, participants will explore what it means to cultivate a kind and nourishing relationship with their body and mind. This class aims to be a sanctuary for participants to explore their own body wisdom.
