Sam & The Womp

Sam & The Womp are a multi-platinum, UK Number One band known for fusing brass, beats, and bass into an explosive, high-energy sound that has rocked stages worldwide - from Glastonbury Festival to Wembley Arena.

Led by award-winning trumpeter Sam Ritchie, the band shot to fame with their global anthem “Bom Bom”, which hit Platinum in the UK and Triple Platinum in Australia, cementing its place as a festival classic with millions of streams and views.

In 2026, Sam & The Womp continue to evolve. The band are excited to release new music with fresh collaborators this year including Dmac Burns following The Come We Play EP with reggae MC Natty Campbell, adding new flavours to their trademark brass-driven sound.

September saw a special reunion show at Milton Keynes Pride, with original vocalist Bloom de Wilde and the full band bringing their trademark carnival energy back to the stage. Shows are planned in U.K. this Summer including Bristol Harbour Festival and Wilderness Festival. The band are now in a full on social media campaign bringing thousands of new followers and millions of views each month.
