Accessibility Camping

Wilderness Festival welcomes deaf and disabled guests and is working harder than ever to make the show as accessible as possible.

The Accessible Campsite is the closest to the arena with a central and private car park, and benefits from a hard road from it’s entrance to make access by wheelchair easier.

You can book your ticket(s) via our dedicated accessible ticketing team on 0800 988 4440.

We operate a 2FOR1 (free carer/PA ticket) policy for eligible guests. You must submit supporting documentation to apply for this offer. Please do not buy a ticket for your PA/carer as this will not be refunded if they are approved for a free ticket.

Please find more details regarding accessibility at Wilderness and further information on what supporting documents we accept for our 2FOR1 carer/PA ticket scheme here.

Please direct any queries you may have regarding accessibility at Wilderness to accessibility@mamaco.com

A splendidly convenient way to camp at Wilderness: Meadow Camping

In the Meadow Campsite all you need do is arrive ready to enjoy the festival. Your team’s tent will already be set up for you, so no faffing around with tent poles, or rummaging for lost pegs.

The facts for Meadow Campers:

  • Meadow Camping offers pre-pitched tents for 4 people, although you can also now add up to 2 guests per tent, though of course, fewer campers means more space or glad rags
  • To sleep in Meadow Camping you need to book a Meadow Tent or Meadow Canvas on top of your festival ticket(s)
  • Please note: you will need to bring your own bedding

Please note, Meadow accommodation is extra to the price of your festival ticket.
