FIND YOUR SPIRIT ANIMAL: CREATE YOUR OWN WEARABLE TOTEM

Who are you today?

A brave badger? A galloping bison? A running wolf..? Or perhaps something softer, stranger, more dreamlike: maybe a rosy cloud, drifting somewhere between worlds..?

In this playful, expressive workshop, you’ll create your own spirit animal brooch – a small but powerful piece that says something about you, without needing words. Choosing from Tiffany’s hand-drawn designs, you’ll build your character using felt, vintage fabrics, threads, beads + buttons – layering texture, colour, and meaning as you go.

During this session, you have the freedom to follow your creative instinct. Use the design as a starting point, then shape it into your very own piece by adding your own details, stitching freely, painting a tiny motif onto a vintage button – whatever feels good. There’s no “right” outcome – just whatever version you create.

And when you’re done, you’ve got something you can wear straight away – pinned to your jacket, hat, bag… A little badge of identity, made entirely by you, for you. A conversation starter. A reminder of a moment where you made something just for the joy of it.

Tiffany Mumford (she/her) is a fashion photographer, hand embroiderer and founder of The Wolves, creating slow fashion through reworked vintage textiles and leading welcoming, sociable workshops for all levels.
