FLUTTER AND BLOOM: CREATE A SIMPLE NATURE-INSPIRED HEADPIECE

Bring a li’l extra pazazz to your festival look by creating your own nature-inspired felt headpiece.

Inspired by the tiny wonders of the insect world, from fluttering wings and blooming florals to playful patterns and curious creatures, you’ll create a bold wearable piece full of texture, colour and personality – perfect for elevating your festival look and expressing your creativity.

Elly will guide you through the process of composing colour, shape and balance, helping you bring your ideas together – and once your elements are ready, you’ll attach them to a comfy headband base so your masterpiece is ready to wear straight away.

What you’ll create in this session is going to be simple but impactful: working only with felt, you’ll design and build a series of shapes to form your piece – cutting, layering and adding detail with glue, stitching or pen. Think feathers, florals, flames, symbols or geometric shapes – whatever feels fun and expressive in the moment.

It’s a relaxed, social session – come solo or with friends, swap ideas, and leave with a wearable piece that carries a bit of the festival with you long after the weekend’s over…
