The Mindful Space

With InMind:Insight

This therapist-led, playful and sensual workshop invites couples to slow down and explore adoration and presence. It’s an invitation to step out of habit and into intention and slowness. We’ll play with attention, appreciation, and the subtle eroticism of being truly seen.

Hugo Metcalfe is a psychologist, psychotherapist, and tantra facilitator who is curious about how we connect more authentically. After working in the NHS, he founded the wellbeing consultancy and practice InMind:Insight. He brings psychological insight into spaces that value openness, reflection, and honest conversation. Hugo has been facilitating workshops focused on communication, consent, and intimacy for the past eight years.

His work is experiential and practical, creating space for people to explore intimacy, boundaries, communication, and self-awareness in ways that feel safe and supported. He is also an author and record-breaking adventurer, with a deep interest in what helps humans relate well under pressure.
