Laughter Yoga
from £15
The Studiowith Kerry Sanson
Laughter Yoga uses playful laughter exercises and breath to release tension, boost mood, and raise energy. A joyful practice that invites connection, relaxation, and the simple healing power of laughter.
Kerry Sanson has devoted over two decades to supporting people in restoring balance, health, and vitality. With 27 years of experience in holistic health, movement, massage, Qigong, nervous system regulation, embodied practice, and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology, her work is rooted in the understanding that true wellbeing begins within. Kerry weaves together movement, Qigong, dance, and nature-based practices including tree connection and forest bathing — creating spaces where the body can soften, regulate, and remember its natural rhythm. Alongside workshops, day retreats, sound baths, women’s circles, and 1:1 coaching, she serves as a Coordinator and Facilitator at The Dreaming, founded by Charlotte Church.
