Meditation with Emily Naylor
from £15
The Mindful SpaceAmongst the activity, excitement, stimulation and movement of the festival environment lies a sanctuary designed to help you connect back to a space of presence. You will be guided gently through breath, subtle somatic practice and sitting meditation, to connect back to yourself in your authentic experience. Returning to the body, anchoring into awareness. Our greatest resource is our ability to be present with what is, to have equanimity within the constant waves and shifts of our life experience. To remain grounded and connected within an ever-changing landscape. This is your opportunity to return home to your centre. Welcome to the heart space.
Emm is a certified health coach, TVM practitioner and ecstatic dance facilitator whose work has led her from organising a holistic festival retreat, to facilitating men’s and women’s circles and co-creating women’s retreats. Emm mentors 1-2-1 clients experiencing states of anxiety and depression using her signature method Beyond the Story, which encompasses somatics, nervous system work, coaching and mindset work to feel then move beyond triggers and patterns.
