Mindful Mocktails
Coming soon
The Soul Food CaféFollow your senses to create a beautiful botanical drink of your own design.
The Nature Effect brings you a joyful workshop in which we will explore the zesty, herby, tangy flavours of foraged and surplus ingredients together and you'll develop your own signature blend to delight and refresh the senses.
The Mindful Mocktails session is facilitated by Ella and Katy, a pair of mixology enthusiasts who swapped the bustling bar scene to start their own Ice Lolly social enterprise, No Vice Ice, focusing on natural, local produce and big tastes! In this small group, you will find an oasis of calm to begin the hour, with some mindfulness exercises to get you into the embodied, relaxed and sensory vibe. We'll then take a blindfolded tour through the herbs, fruits, tinctures and raw foods available before you work in pairs to let your creativity and tastebuds run wild in the curation of your own mocktail.
The Nature Effect is proud to be able to offer this workshop from which all proceeds will go to support our work of connecting prisoner families with Nature through the funding and installation of prison gardens.
