The StudioWith Calli Popham and Jas Newsome-Stone
Join Flow State, Brighton & Hove, for this joyful opening ceremony. Through embodied movement, yoga, meditation, breathwork and heart-centred reflection, we’ll guide you out of the mind and into the body, clearing the noise and residue of everyday life and creating space to set intentions that are truly led by the heart. As the session draws to a close, we gather in live kirtan, the ancient practice of communal singing, to awaken something deep and essentially human within us. A celebration and a reclamation of body, heart and soul.
Come ready to arrive. Leave ready to play.
Calli Popham is a Brighton-based senior yoga and movement educator, co-founder of Flow State Hove and founder of Embodied Beings Teacher Trainings. She weaves science, spirit, sound and somatic wisdom into a language of liberation. Her work is an invitation to inhabit the body as sacred ground, to move from numbness to knowing, from fragmentation to flow. Every breath, every sensation, every pause becomes an act of reclamation of body, belonging and freedom. Jas Newsome-Stone is a Brighton-based embodied yoga teacher, passionate about guiding students back to their wholeness through joyful, flowing movement, sound and stillness. Together, Calli and Jas bring their shared love of embodied movement, music and mantra to create a joyful and accessible experience weaving movement, journalling and kirtan. Expect to be moved, both inside and out.
