Qi Gong
from £15
Wellbeing In The WildThis gentle Qi Gong session offers a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Through simple, flowing movements and guided awareness, you’ll begin to release tension, regulate your nervous system, connect to your heart from a place of grounded open heartedness and restore a sense of balance and ease.
Accessible to all, this practice invites you to soften, ground, and return to a more centred, embodied state - leaving you feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected.
Tallulah Rendall is a Qi Gong coach, songstress, and wellbeing facilitator creating immersive, heart-opening experiences that weave together movement, music, and connection.
With over 20 years’ experience as a performer and facilitator, her work bridges the worlds of embodiment and sound, guiding people out of the mind and back into the body. Through Qi Gong, somatic voice practices, and sound meditation, she creates spaces where participants can release tension, reconnect with themselves, and experience a deeper sense of presence and aliveness.
At festivals, Tallulah’s sessions are both grounding and uplifting, a chance to reset the nervous system, open the voice, and connect with others in a playful, non-judgemental way. Expect gentle movement, collective sound, and moments of stillness woven with her powerful live voice.
Alongside her facilitation work, Tallulah is an acclaimed singer-songwriter, bringing a rich, emotive quality to the spaces she holds. Her voice, often described as transporting and deeply moving, creates a unique blend of concert and collective experience.
Whether you come to move, rest, sing, or simply be, her work invites you back into connection with yourself, with others, and with the moment.
