The Studio

Join us for a gentle and nourishing Opening Circle designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and return to the heart.

We’ll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony, creating space to soften, set your intention, and arrive fully in the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided through a slow, supportive yin yoga practice to settle into the body, followed by a transformational conscious connected breathwork journey and a guided meditation.

This experience is an invitation to drop out of the busyness of your arrival and ground into a deeper connection with yourself — a space to reconnect with your heart, restore your energy, and return to a sense of love, ease, and inner stillness. No prior experience is needed — simply come as you are, ready to rest, receive, and reconnect.

Claire and Rachael are soul sisters brought together by a shared love of yoga, adventure, and conscious, healthy living. Based between Sussex and London, and as mothers to sons, they know how important it is to feel strong, grounded, and supported in the midst of full, busy lives.

Happiest on the mat, in the surf, on a mountain, or wandering through nature, they bring a combined 90 years of life experience into their work. Between them, they've trained in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and Health Coaching- they weave these practices together in a way that feels both meaningful and accessible.

They lead classes, workshops, festivals, and retreats across the UK and internationally, creating spaces that are as nourishing as they are uplifting.

At the heart of everything they do is a deep belief that community and connection are truly the foundation of life. There’s something so powerful about coming together in a safe and supportive space. Every time they attend or host an event, they leave feeling lighter, with full hearts and often beautiful new friendships too... and that’s exactly what they hope for you.
