Wellbeing In The Wild

Join Stronger With Sita for a playful exploration of strength in the wild. Using resistance bands, simple tools and your own bodyweight, you'll discover the movement patterns that help us lift, carry, balance, push and pull with greater ease and confidence.

Expect practical coaching, good vibes and plenty of laughter as we explore often-neglected areas like hips, shoulders, knees and core strength, building resilience for everyday life and movement longevity. Whether you're new to movement or a regular gym-goer, you'll leave with useful tools, a deeper connection to your body and a fresh perspective on what strength can feel like.

Sita is a movement coach, personal trainer, dancer and aerial circus artist who believes movement should feel joyful, freeing and accessible to all. Drawing on backgrounds in strength training, mobility, contemporary dance and aerial arts, she blends creativity with practical coaching to help people move with confidence, curiosity and ease. Expect good vibes, great music, plenty of laughter and a celebration of what your body can do.
