The Grounded Man: Men’s Circle in the Wild
from £15
Wellbeing In The WildAs the festival weekend draws to a close, take a moment to step away from the noise and land in a space built entirely for genuine connection. This men’s circle offers a rare, supportive environment to explore what it truly means to navigate manhood today. Together, we will look gently at the barriers that often hold us back from seeking help, breaking down the expectations of modern masculinity to invite authentic vulnerability.
Whether you want to speak openly about your own experiences, share recent struggles, or simply sit in supportive silence and listen to others, you are entirely welcome exactly as you are. We will close our time together with grounding mindfulness and restorative breathwork, leaving you feeling unwound, clear-headed, and ready to take on the world outside. Come along to share, reflect, and recharge.
Dom is an assistant psychologist and a mental health specialist physiotherapist, but his journey here has been far from a straight line. He started out in the Royal Marines, then hit a wall during the pandemic- burn out, a severe mental health breakdown, and navigating those dark times, all led to the support of medication, and NSH therapy to re-build. That experience totally changed his direction, he is now on the path to becoming a clinical psychologist. His kindness, warmth, and experience of having been in the trenches of mental health crisis make him a really special space holder, who meets participants exactly where they are.
