Nathalie von Rotz Yoga

Nathalie is a London based Yoga instructor, born and raised in Switzerland where she was introduced to Yoga over 9 years ago. Initially, it served as a complement to her other physical activities, aiding in body strength and flexibility maintenance after years of gymnastics. The profound sense of peace and deeper self-connection she found through consistent practice kept drawing her back to the mat. It soon became an indispensable part of her physical and mental well-being, offering her a sense of home.

Nathalie honours her role to hold a sacred space for her students ensuring her students feel supported and safe to explore their bodies and boundaries. She empowers them to reconnect with their breath, mind, and heart, offering modifications for practitioners of all levels. Her classes, whether Vinyasa, Power, Mandala, or Yin, are characterized by a flowing, dynamic approach that balances strength and flexibility, breath and intention, fostering a sense of grounding and nurturing for all participants
