Groups Camping Information

Groups Camping Pitch Upgrade includes:

Designated pitch for you and your group, select from Basic Mini, Basic Small, Basic Large and Premium Pitches

Basic Mini Pitch: 27m2

  • As a guide, this fits up to 3 tents for 2 people, each sized 2.9m x 1.9m

Basic Small Pitch: 36m2

  • 6m x 6m square
  • As a guide, this fits up to 4 tents each sized 2.9m x 1.9m

Basic Large Pitch: 81m2

  • 9m x 9m square
  • As a guide, this fits up to 8 tents each sized 2.9m x 1.9m

Premium Pitch: 100m2

  • 10m x 10m square
  • As a guide, this fits up to 8 tents each sized 2.9m x 1.9m
  • Also includes: 2 x picnic tables

Please note

The Groups camping pitch upgrade does not include tents, you need to bring the tents that you plan to camp in.

The example showing the number of tents that can fit in each pitch is for guidance only. Please ensure you know the exact dimensions of each of the tents your group wishes to bring so that you can ensure they all fit into the pitch you have booked.

There will not be any additional space available to increase the size of your pitch on arrival and any tents that do not fit within the allocated space will be required to move to outside of the Groups Camping area.

If you don't fit within the pitch, or no longer want to stay within it, we don't offer refunds.

Please note that only pitches of the same size can be allocated beside each other. The deadline to apply for this is 1 month before the festival on 1st July 2024.

Important Information

  • Groups Camping, as per all other campsites, will be open from 12pm Thursday 1st August – noon Monday 5th August 2024.
  • Groups Camping will be located within General Camping, the exact location will be confirmed closer to the date of the festival
  • Purchasing a Groups Camping Pitch Upgrade does not gain you access to any premium campsites or additional benefits aside from the pitch itself. As the pitches are located in the General Campsite, there are no upgraded toilet or shower facilities included.
  • By purchasing a Groups Camping Pitch Upgrade, you are securing your pitch for the duration of the festival so you don’t all have to arrive at once.
  • If any of the tents in your pitch go over the boundary, you will be asked to move the tent. Any tents that don’t fit within the designated pitch size will be required to move outside of the Groups Camping area without a refund.
  • Festival tickets and tents are not included in the Groups Camping Pitch upgrade price, General Camping Festival Tickets must be purchased separately, per person.
  • If you have purchased a Group Camping Pitch Upgrade, then everyone in your group must have a General Camping Weekend Festival ticket.
  • To minimise our impact on the local environment and the waste generated, we ask you to:
    • Please ensure all tents and belongings are taken home
    • Please utilise the bin bags available to tidy up your rubbish throughout the weekend to leave your pitch clear and tidy
  • Any pitches found with significant littering and with tents / other belongings abandoned may be issued a penalty fine of up to £100.
  • A £50 deposit will be taken for Premium Pitches only upon check-in. The picnic tables are property of the festival, if they are removed, damaged or defaced in any way the deposit will not be returned and the lead booker may be issued a further fine.
  • Under 16’s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult (18+) at all times. Under 18's must arrive with an adult (18+).
  • We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under-18s on site.
