Maxxi Soundsystem

Born in London to a jazz pioneer dad and now residing in Bristol, Sam Watts has always been immersed in music.

From his first productions in the early 2010s he was instantly picked up by Annie Mac on Radio 1 with his debut 'Criticize' then using that early success to launch his own sound where disco meets deep bass lines and melancholy synths.

Underground tracks like 'Regrets We Have No Use For' and 'Medicine' have become anthems and clocked millions of plays on Spotify propelling Maxxi all over the world and even collecting a coveted IMA Award in Miami.
